Hume Brophy makes key aviation industry hire
FORMER ECAC AVIATION CHIEF, GERRY LUMSDEN JOINS HUME BROPHY
Hume Brophy welcomes Gerry Lumsden, former Secretary General of the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC), as Senior Consultant.
Mr. Lumsden will be advising Hume Brophy’s growing number of aviation industry clients on EU and international legislation and policy development.
Gerry Lumsden brings unique experience to Hume Brophy having spent an entire career at the highest level of the aviation industry.
For almost 30 years, Mr. Lumsden has worked for ECAC, the European arm of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), in recent years serving as its Secretary General.
John Hume, Managing Partner of Hume Brophy, welcomed Mr. Lumsden to Hume Brophy commenting:

A former Chef de Cabinet to successive Irish Ministers of Transport, Mr. Lumsden held the post of Deputy Secretary General of the ECAC prior to taking on the role of Secretary General.
